Overview
Our Body Blast programming is Coach Steph’s favorite! In these classes you will be challenged to lift heavy & have time to focus on building muscular strength but you will also get a cardio kick more than once throughout the workout! It will challenge you mentally & physically but always leave you wanting to come back for more! You can choose from 20 minute workouts or push through the intense 40 minute classes if you are ready for the challenge! Classes can be modified for all fitness levels.
