Program Schedule

Move Your Body  & Shape Your Future! 

We have created three program schedules for you to use depending on a 21 or 28 day workout schedule. The 21 day schedule is for a 25-45 minute workout, then there is a 28 day workout schedule for both a 25 minute workout as well as a 2nd one for a 45 minute workout schedule.

In Person 
Class Schedule

Lift Up Fitness Project offers in person classes as well. Classes are as follows:

Monday 9:45am Bootcamp

Tuesday 8:15am & 9:15am Bootcamp

Wednesday 9:45am Strength

Thursday 8:15am & 9:15am Bootcamp

Friday 9:45am Bootcamp
