Fast 15 is fifteen minutes of strength, cardio, & core movements to give you a great workout in a short time. These workouts do not include equipment, but you can always add weight if you have access! The Fast 15 workouts are great for when traveling for work, or on vacation, or if you just need to get something in fast because life can just be chaotic at times. Give 110% the entire time to get the best workout!
