Overview

Totally tabata is a high intensity workout tabata style! With 20 seconds of work 10 seconds of rest intervals you will work for short spurts but by giving 110% your heart rate will be elevated before you complete the 8 rounds! You will get a full body workout with a variety of strength, cardio, & core. This workout will be tough but is for EVERYONE so give it a try!
