Youth Fitness

Everyone who has completed all steps in the program will get a badge.

Overview

Our youth fitness classes were created with 6-12 year olds in mind but are a fun challenge for the whole family! These quick workouts start with a warm up, include a great high intensity workout, & end with a cool down. The workouts are all around 20 minutes so are the perfect before dinner activity, great to include when kiddos have a day off, or whenever is most convenient to keep kids active & learn to love exercise!
